Welcome to Simply Balanced Pilates and Yoga!  We are a community based health and wellness center, focused on enhancing students' strength, flexibilty, confidence and peace of mind.

Simply Balanced Pilates and Yoga boasts a stunning layout, big enough to host our state of the art Pilates equipment, as well as separate space for Vinyasa Yoga and Pilates mat classes.

All levels of fitness experience welcome!

Our goal is to welcome you into our studio with an open mind and willingness to work toward your health and fitness goals.

Simply Balanced Pilates and Yoga wants to integrate the wholesome health benefits and best practice lifestyle to anyone willing to come to the mat: we have experience training all skill levels, from brand new beginners to the advanced practitioner.

Practice Pilates:

Simply Balanced offers both equipment based and mat Pilates classes.  Private one-on-one sessions are available.  Class sizes are limited to ensure no experience is too overwhelming.  First class free to new students!  We have a full studio of Pilates equipment including:

  • Reformer
  • Pole systems
  • Cadillac
  • Chairs
  • TRX suspension

Practice Yoga:

Yoga is an ancient discipline that can have a wonderful impact on our lives.  We offer All Levels and Gentle Vinyasa Yoga, as well as workshops and one-on-one sessions.  Class sizes are limited to ensure no student feels overwhelmed or lost in the practice.
